India mass sterilisation: women were forced into camps

India's prime minister, Narendra Modi, has promised to reform India's
health system. Modi, whose Bharatiya Janata party rules in Chhattisgarh,
expressed concern over the tragedy.

There is an update. I heard on the news today these were tribals women.
Time the program be done in urban middle and upper class areas instead.
Those classes use far far more resources and have a negative impact much
greater in proportion then tribals. All the problems with over population
is greatly amplified with those classes.

Divide the number of tribals women by the time the criminal doctor worked
and it is about 3.5 minutes for each surgery. He needs to be sterilized
himself, and of course his wife to set the best example.
